Als Gastgeber und Attraktion inszenierten die Stones den Rock And Roll Circus vor einem Live-Publikum in London. Neben den Stones waren im Programm außerordentliche Künstler wie The Who, Jethro Tull, Taj Mahal, Marianne Faithfull, Yoko Ono und The Dirty Mac, der Supergroup um Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Mitch Mitchell von The Jimi Hendrix Experience und John Lennon.
Die Limited Deluxe Edition sowie der Soundtrack wurden bereits veröffentlicht.
Nun erscheinen DVD und Blu-ray als Einzelformate.
