»Live At The Whisky A Go Go 1968« wurde am 23. Juli. 1968 aufgenommen, als Frank Zappa in der »Whisky A Go Go« Bar einen seiner legendären Live-Auftritte gab. Obwohl bereits einige Ausschnitte der Aufnahme veröffentlicht wurden, erscheint das komplette Live-Album erst im Jahr 2024. In dieser lang ersehnten, 2023 neu gemasterten Edition sind endlich alle 3 Sets in voller Länge als 3CD und 2LP Edition zu hören.
2024 werden alle drei Sets von The Mothers mit brandneuen Mixen in einer 3CD-Edition mit Texten von Joe Travers, Pamela Des Barres und einem Interview von Ahmet Zappa mit Alice Cooper veröffentlicht.
