Eine ganz tolle Nachpressung!

Wer den frühen Elvis mag, sollte sich diese 180g-LP unbedingt zulegen.
Diese auf dem WaxTime - Label erschienene LP ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet.
Allein das Cover, welches The Clash zu London Calling inspiriert hat, ist so angenehm einfach und ansprechend.
Die Platte will keine Kopie der First-LP von Elvis sein, das Schöne und Ehrliche daran sind die Aufmachung der Cover-Rückseite mit den Erklärungen zu dieser Ausgabe von 2014 zusammen mit dem Abdruck der Original Liner-Notes. Viel Information auf einem einfachen Cover ohne bedruckte Innenhülle, Gatefold oder sonstigen Gimmicks -> eben so wie ganz früher! Die vier Bonus-Tracks werten die Platte zusätzlich enorm auf. Jeweils zwei davon befinden sich am Ende jeder Seite.
