»Construction Time Again« ist das dritte Studioalbum von Depeche Mode. Es war das erste Album der Band mit Alan Wilder als Mitglied, der die Songs »Two Minute Warning« und »The Landscape Is Changing« schrieb.
Depeche Mode setzen hier erstmals die Sampler-Technologie ein, bei der Geräusche mit einem Mikrofon aufgenommen, bearbeitet und anschließend auf einem Keyboard wieder abgespielt werden.
»Construction Time Again« war das erste Mal, dass Depeche Mode limitierte Versionen der 12»-Singles eines Albums herausbrachten, die jeweils den Original-Mix der einzelnen Titel enthielten. Das Set enthält drei Reproduktionen der limitierten Singles, die jeweils vier Bonus-Live-Auftritte enthalten, die am 25. Oktober 1982 im Londoner Hammersmith Odeon aufgenommen wurden.
