Animals (2018 Remix)
The Blu-ray Audio Disc (also Pure Audio Blu-ray) is technically a normal Blu-ray Disc and can be played on any Blu-ray player. However, it does not contain any video content. The high storage capacity is used for high-resolution audio data (stereo and surround, up to 24 bit/192 kHz). It is operated either without a screen like a conventional CD or via the onscreen menu like a normal Blu-ray disc.

Die "Animals 2018 Remix"-Dolby-Atmos-Blu-ray-Audio enthält neben dem Original-Stereo-Mix von 1977 auch hochauflösende 5.1-Stereo-Mischungen. Das Album-Artwork wurde von Aubrey 'Po' Powell von Hipgnosis speziell für diese Veröffentlichung neu gestaltet und wird in einem Digipack mit einem 16-seitigen Booklet, einem Aufkleber und einer Postkarte präsentiert. Es zeigt die historische Battersea Power Station, wie sie heute aussieht, komplett mit den 2022 Lichtprojektionen, die für die Animals 2018 Remix-Veröffentlichung verwendet wurden, gemappt und gestaltet von Peter Curzon von StormStudios.
Die Blu-ray enthält folgende Abmischungen: DOLBY ATMOS MIX / 5.1 SURROUND MIX in 24bit / 96kHz UNKOMPRIMIERT und dts-HD MA / STEREO MIX in 24bit / 192kHz UNKOMPRIMIERT und dts-HD MA / 1977 STEREO MIX in 24bit / 192kHz UNKOMPRIMIERT und dts-HD MA.
