The band’s second album, originally released in 1965, was their first to feature mostly original material. It includes ‘You Don’t Believe Me’, co-written by Jimmy Page, a fan of The Pretty Things. Among the remaining 12 tracks is ‘I Had A Dream’ by Jimmy Witherspoon, while seven bonus items include the
hits ‘Midnight To Six Man’ and ‘Come See Me’, rare B-side ‘Buzz The Jerk’ and cuts from various singles, an early EP, and interesting film material from the 1960s. Watch out for ‘£.S. D’, a 1966 B-side that heralded the start of the hippie era.
