Und die schnellste ist - Törööö: Marina Tarasova

In heutiger Zeit wird das Präludium aus der ersten Suite ja schon des öfteren recht zügig gespielt. Marina Tarasova hat sich wohl herausgefordert gefühlt und sich gesagt "so schnell wie ich spielt keiner das Präludium". Und wie die Aufnahme belegt, ist ihr das auch zweifellos gelungen (aber liebe Frau Tarasova: in diesem Tempo möchte es wohl auch keiner spielen, geschweige denn hören). Es mag sicher Leute geben, die das toll finden; ich kann da nur für mich sprechen, und mir gefällt das einfach nicht. Das ist zu hektisch, zu wenig musikalisch, zu wenig Herz, zu wenig Seele. Der Künstlerin rate ich, sich einmal die herausragenden Aufnahmen von Meistern wie Mstislav Rostropovich, Daniil Schafran, Janos Starker, Pieter Wispelway oder Julius Berger anzuhören, einige Momente innezuhalten und sich dann den Cellosuiten wieder zu widmen. Die nächste Aufnahme wird dann sicher anders klingen.
