Biografie
Bernadette Wörndl§ist auf einem Bauernhof aufgewachsen, hat an der Wiener Kunstschule food art entdeckt und ein Jahr lang in San Francisco bei Chez Panisse gearbeitet. In Wien hat sie im sympathischen Buch- und Gewürzladen Babette's Spice and Books for Cooks in der Nähe des Wiener Naschmarkts neue und innovative kulinarische Genüsse komponiert und Geschmäckern, Gewürzen oder Kochtechniken aus anderen Ländern eine neue Note gegeben. Sie weiß, wie kostbar selbst geerntetes Gemüse oder Obst vom Biobauern ist. Und sie zeigt uns, wie man aus jedem Stück das Beste herausholen kann.
