»Security and Certainty of Automated and Networked Cyber-Physical Systems« Cyber-physical systems (»CPS«) such as self-driving cars or self-flying drones are increasingly populating our streets and our sky. The resulting threats can be counteracted in particular by event data recording and »integrated« product monitoring. The presented work first outlines the chances and dangers of CPS and then examines whether sufficient legal bases already exist today for these countermeasures or what a future legal reform may look like.
