Nach dem Erfolgsalbum »Doldinger« zum 80. Geburtstag in 2017 wird nun das beliebte Album »Symphonic Project« wiederaufgelegt – und zwar mit einer 83-minütigen DVD als Deluxe-Edition.
Für das »Symphonic Project« hat Klaus Doldinger seine Band Passport mit einem Sinfonieorchester zusammengebracht: Ein 25-minütiges Jazz-Concertino, klassische Suiten aus den Filmthemen von »Das Boot«, »Tatort«, »Die Unendliche Geschichte« sowie zwei weitere neue Stücke hat er für dieses Album komponiert und arrangiert.
