Steve Hackett, Anthony Phillips, Nad Sylvan, Nick Magnus und viele weitere sind alle aus demselben Grund auf dieser CD: sie alle wollen die Organisation »Elephants For Africa« um Lesley Wood, Autorin, Naturfotografin und Biologin und Gründerin Dr. Kate Evans unterstützen.
»Harmony For Elephants« besteht aus eigens für dieses Projekt aufgenommenen Songs. Enthalten sind dabei einzigartige Aufnahmen der früheren Mitglieder von »Genesis« und gefeierten Solo Künstlern Steve Hacket & Anthony Phillips.
Zudem sind auch der Sänger und Award Gewinner Nad Sylvan sowie Nick Magus, Tony Patterson, Brendan Eyre, Rob Townsend, Amanda Lehmann, Andy Tillison Diskdrive, Andy Neve, Dale Newman und Anna Madson beteiligt.
