Genau 20 Jahre, nachdem Turbonegro mit »Apocalypse Dudes« ihren Durchbruch feierten, veröffentlichen die norwegischen Deathpunks 2018 ihr neues, mittlerweile zehntes Album.
»RockNRoll Machine« heißt der Nachfolger von »Sexual Harassment« und ist somit das zweite Album seit ihrer Neugründung 2011. Ganze sechs Jahre mussten ihre Fans darauf warten. Umso schöner ist es, dass sie nun zurück sind.
Insgesamt elf neue Songs haben Turbonegro für »RockNRoll Machine« aufgenommen.
Wie genau das Sextett heute klingt, verriet es bereits im November 2017 mit der ersten Singleauskopplung, dem titelgebenden »Part III: RockNRoll Machine«.
Der Song zeigt: Turbonegro machen dem Namen ihres neuen Albums alle Ehre. Die »RockNRoll Machine« aus Norwegen ist wieder da.
