Ein Klassiker feiert Geburtstag. Travis’ legendäres zweites Album »The Man Who« wird 2019 20 Jahre alt. Passend dazu veröffentlichen die Schotten ihre 20th-Anniversary-Edition, und zwar in verschiedenen Formaten.
»The Man Who« erschien ursprünglich am 24. Mai 1999. Es brachte die vier Singles »Writing To Reach You«, »Driftwood«, »Why Does It Always Rain On Me?« und »Turn« hervor und landete in Großbritannien auf Platz eins der Charts.
Die Jubiläumsneuauflage des Albums kommt als LP und als Doppel-CD inklusive zwölf Bonustracks, von den Travis-Mitgliedern persönlich ausgewählt.
Zudem wartet ein Limited-20th-Anniversary-Box-Set mit dem Album auf LP und CD und einem B-Seiten-Album, ebenfalls auf CD und LP. Die Bonus-CD enthält insgesamt 19 Tracks, die Bonus-LP eine Auswahl mit zehn Favoriten.
