Nachdem sich die Band – Parker Cannon (vocals), Kevin Geyer (guitar), Will Levy (guitar), Kelen Capaner (bass) und Ryan Torf (drums) – mit der Veröffentlichung ihres 2015er Albums und damit verbundenen Tourneen komplett ausgepowert hatte, ließ sie sich bewusst Zeit mit dem jetzt vorliegenden vierten Album. Zusammen mit Produzent Sam Pura (My Iron Lung, Elder Brother u.a.) sowie Engineer Eric Valentine (Third Eye Blind, Queens Of The Stone Age u.a.) haben die Jungs 11 neue Songs eingespielt, die ganz offensichtlich von der Ruhephase der Band profitiert haben. Ihr Sound hat nichts an Druck verloren, aber die Bandbreite an Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten, sowie die Kreativität ihres Songwritings haben bei der Band nochmal einen Riesensprung nach vorne gemacht.
