Der Punkrockklassiker auf Vinyl
»The Offspring«, das legendäre Debütalbum der gleichnamigen Band aus Orange County in Kalifornien, gibt es 2018 wieder auf Vinyl. Es erschien am 15. Juni 1989 und legte den Grundstein für ihre Karriere. Bis heute folgten acht weitere Longplayer.
Gemeinsam mit Produzent Thom Wilson nahm die Band, damals noch bestehend aus Dexter Holland (Gesang, Gitarre), Greg K (Bass), Noodles (Gitarre) und Ron Welty (Schlagzeug), die Platte im South Coast Recording Studio in Santa Ana auf.
Insgesamt elf Songs schafften es ursprünglich auf »The Offspring«. Der elfte Titel »Kill The President« ist jedoch auf Wunsch der Band seit 2001 auf keinem Re-Release mehr enthalten.
Jetzt ist der Punkrockklassiker »The Offspring« wieder auf Vinyl erhältlich: Ein Muss für Punk-Fans und Schallplattenfreunde.
