Es trug dazu bei, ihre internationale Strahlkraft zu festigen, während sich der Ruhm der jungen australischen Gruppe verbreitete.
Volume 3 war das letzte Easybeats-Album, das in Australien aufgenommen wurde, bevor die Gruppe nach England zog. Das Album erreichte Platz 7 in den australischen Albumcharts.
