Zum 50-jährigen Jubiläum von Simon & Garfunkels erster Veröffentlichung bei Columbia Records im Jahre 1964 zeigt »The Complete Albums Collection« die faszinierende Karriere des Folk-Rock Duos auf. Wertige Collector’s Box mit den 11 Studio-, Live und Compilation Alben des kultigen Folk-Rock Duos.
Die Original Alben wurden neu remastered von Analog Bänder der ersten Generation, wobei der Soundtrack »The Graduate« erstmals überhaupt remastered wurde.
Inhalt: die fünf Columbia Studioalben 1964 - 1970, das Multi-Platin-Alben »The Graduate« (Die Reifeprüfung - OST 1967), »Greatest Hits« (1972 erschienene Compilation mit 14 Millionen verkauften Tonträgern), vier Live Alben aus dem Zeitraum 1967 bis 2004, unter anderem »The Concert In Central Park« aus dem Jahr 1982 (erster Auftritt seit ihrer Auflösung im Jahr 1970), »Old Friends: Live On Stage« (Doppel-CD der Reunion Tour von 2003 & 2004) sowie die zwei Live-Sets »Live From New York City, 1967« (ein kleines Akustik-Set in intimer Atmosphäre, aufgenommen im Lincoln Center) sowie »Live 1969« (letzte Aufnahmen vor ihrer Trennung im darauffolgenden Jahr).
