Gallos »Wahl der Waffen« fällt auf eine elektrische Fender Jaguar-Gitarre, darüber duldet er noch Bass und Schlagzeug im Klangbild. Ein entsprechender Fokus liegt auf seinen Texten, in denen er Verlust, Verwirrung und Zusammenbruch thematisiert. Dies strikt autobiographisch. Manchmal saugt seine Musik Energien aus Genres wie Blues und Rockabilly auf, integriert diese organisch in das Klangbild. »All the Punks are Domesticated«, meint Gallo, er jedenfalls ist es sicherlich nicht.
