"Hellbilly Deluxe 2: Noble Jackals, Penny Dreadfuls and the Systematic Dehumanization of Cool" ist das vierte Solo-Studioalbum des ehemaligen White Zombie-Frontmanns Rob Zombie. Das Album ist eine Fortsetzung seines Debütalbums "Hellbilly Deluxe" und wurde am 2. Februar 2010 veröffentlicht. Es ist das erste Album mit dem Bassisten Piggy D und das letzte mit dem Schlagzeuger Tommy Clufetos.
"Hellbilly Deluxe 2" ist auch die erste Veröffentlichung, bei der Rob Zombie mit seiner kompletten Tournee-Band arbeitete. Die vorherigen Alben wurden von Rob Zombie selbst und einer wechselnden Gruppe von Musikern geschrieben und aufgenommen. Die erste Single "What?" wurde am 6. Oktober in den Radiosendern veröffentlicht. Rob Zombie holte sich die Hilfe der Künstler Dan Brereton (Schöpfer der Nocturnals), Alex Horley (von Image Comics und DC Comics) und David Hartman (Storyboard-Künstler), um das Album-Artwork zu gestalten. Der britische Dark / Horror / Science Fiction / Steampunk-Künstler Sam Shearon alias "Mister Sam Shearon" (Artwork für Ministry, Slayer, Clive Barker und Tour-Merchandise für Iron Maiden) hat ebenfalls zum Artwork von "Hellbilly Deluxe 2" beigetragen.
"Hellbilly Deluxe 2" ist in einer auf 1500 Exemplare limitierten und nummerierten Auflage auf Dracula-farbenem Vinyl im Gatefold-Format erhältlich und wird mit einem 4-seitigen Booklet geliefert.
