Im Jahr 2003 überredete der New Yorker Künstler / Musiker Edley O'Dowd Genesis sanft dazu, ihren Wunsch, als PSYCHIC TV aufzutreten. Das Ergebnis war eine 12-jährige Reihe von Konzerten und Veröffentlichungen als PSYCHIC TV / PTV3.
Im Januar 2016 wurde dieser Katalog über Dais Records digital verfügbar gemacht. Um diese Veröffentlichung zu feiern, hat die Band eine exklusive Veröffentlichung mit dem Titel »Fishscales Falling« zusammengestellt: »A Smorgasbord Ov Delights«, eine Kompilation mit Live-Aufnahmen, Demos, Outtakes und neuem Material von 2003 bis ins Jahr 2016.
