Born out of the era that saw British group Cream in ascendancy, Mountain was the brainchild of New Yorkers Felix Pappalardi and Leslie West. As a bass guitarist and former Cream producer, the late Felix Pappalardi had all the experience necessary to form a highly successful group. Mountain became a best selling album and touring act, although it underwent a few changes of line up during its six-year career. ‘Twin Peaks’ was recorded ‘live’ in Osaka, Japan in 1973, and features Pappalardi with Leslie West (guitar, vocals), Bob Mann (keyboards, guitar) and Alan Schwartzberg (drums). Here is a great opportunity to relive rock’s glory days.
