Im Original 2002 zwei Jahre nach seinem Tod erschienen, wurden die Tracks des Albums aus Aufnahmen ausgewählt, die zwischen 1991 und 2000 entstanden. Das Tracklisting dazu wurde im Nachlass des Sängers gefunden. Ur-Blockhead Chaz Jankel überwachte das Projekt bei dem zwei Texte benutzt wurden, die zum letzten gehören was Ian Dury geschrieben hat. Weil er bereits zu krank war, wurden hier die Vocals von Jankel und Robbie Williams (»You’re The Why«) übernommen. Das Design des Booklets übernahm Ian Dury’s Witwe und konnte Zeichnungen von u.a. Peter Blake dafür gewinnen. Es enthält erstmalig alle Texte!
