Rhino überzeugt mal wieder

Über die Musik braucht man nicht zu schreiben, die Pressqualität und der Klang der Platte ist voll überzeugend. nicht das leiseste Knisterchen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Folkrock der besseren Art

Die MFSL SACD klingt gegenüber dem Original in allen Punkten besser. Bässe, die Instrumente,
die Stimmen, auch das Schlagzeug ist gut abgebildet und macht Spass beim Zuhören.
Die Musik ist abwechslungsreicher Folkrock mit leichten psychedelischen Elementen, ohne ins
Wirre abzugleiten. Sehr unterhaltsam. Gewohnt liebevolle Aufmachung, jedoch kein Booklet.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolle Neuauflage

Die Musik: nicht umsonst vom Rollingstone zum einen der 500 wichtigsten Alben gewählt.

Das Vinyl: fantastische Pressung, besser gehts nicht. Für 20 Euro wirklich unschlagbar.

Die Verpackung: das Vinyl kommt in gefütterter Innentasche (yeah). Auch die Coverqualität stimmt. Bei dieser Neuauflage waren wirklich Profis am Werk.

Alles in allem ein richtiges Schnäppchen.

Meine bisher beste Dead LP

Bin begeistert von der Klangqualität der Aufnahme und der Pressung. Liegt vll auch daran das es ein Studioalbum ist aber ich kann die Platte uneingeschränkt empfehlen wenn man dieses Album mag!!

DAS Studioalbum von Grateful Dead! Diese Erstveröffentlichung der CD klingt ein bisschen natürlicher als das neue Rhino Remaster, deshalb würde ich diese Version empfehlen. Und wem dieses Album gefällt dem empfehle ich ein paar Live Alben aus den Jahren 1970-1972 zu kaufen (Dick's Picks Volume 8, 36, Europe '72, Road Trips Vol. 1 No. 3), denn Live sind Grateful Dead besser als im Studio. Die Außnahme bildet für mich American Beauty. Blues For Allah finde ich auch ein sehr gelungenes Studioalbum.
