Grant Lee Buffalo ließ auf »Fuzzy« 1994 das Album »Mighty Joe Moon« (mit dem Modern-Rock-Hit »Mockingbirds«) und zwei weitere, gut aufgenommene Alben folgen: »Copperopolis« (1996) und »Jubilee« (1998).
