Muldaur war in den sechziger Jahren Mitglied der einflussreichen Kweskin Jug Band und nahm mit seiner damaligen Ehefrau Maria zwei Alben auf. Im Jahr 1972 trat er der Paul Butterfield Blues Band bei, die er im Jahr 1978 verließ, um eine Solo-Karriere zu beginnen.
Diese Alben enthalten unter anderem Material von Allen Toussaint, Danny Whitten und Troy Seals. Joe Boyd produzierte »Is Having A Wonderful Time«. Muldaur tourt noch immer eifrig und arbeitet regelmäßig mit Jim Kweskin. Digital remastert, kommt in neuer Umverpackung und enthält ausführliche Linernotes.
