Die Sammlung beinhaltet 4 CDs und erscheint via BMG. Enthalten sind die Alben »Plastic Planet« (feat. Burton C. Bell von Fear Factory) (1995), »Black Science« (1997) und »Ohmwork« (2005). Hinzu kommt eine vierte Bonus-CD mit seltenem und zum Großteil unveröffentlichtem Material.
»Manipulations Of The Mind« wirft das Scheinwerferlicht auf die kreative Kraft von Black Sabbath, Geezer Butler, die den monolithischen Riffs eine Stimme gab und sich nicht auf seinen Lorbeeren ausruhte, sondern drei Soloalben mit zukunftsweisender neuer Musik schuf. Die vierte Bonus-CD ist eine Fundgrube unveröffentlichter Demos, Studio-Outtakes, Single-Edits und enthält drei Livetracks die im Februar 1996 in dem Majestic Theatre in Detroit aufgenommen wurden, sowie den Song »Beach Skeleton«, welcher zuvor nur auf der japanischen Edition von »Black Science« zu hören war.
