Das Indierock-Biest ist gewachsen. Von außen. Und von innen. Aus ABAY ist ein Quartett geworden. Seit 2012 tauchen Aydo Abay (Gesang) und Jonas Pfetzing (Gitarre) in verschiedenen Konstellationen unter dem Namen Abay auf. Nun machen Johannes Juschzak an den Drums und Denniz Enyan am Bass aus dem Duo eine Viermannband. Irgendwie logisch, dass damit auch die Musik wächst. Der Beweis? Das kommende Album »Love And Distortion«! 10 ausgetüftelte Kompositionen, die an den richtigen Stellen krachend ausbrechen und an anderen die Luft anhalten. Um dann wieder auszubrechen. Wuchtige Parts voller verzerrter Dissonanzen treffen auf zuckersüße Harmonien, kantige Indie-Parts und softe Pophappen. Love löst Distortion ab. Es ist ein bisschen wie im echten Leben.
