Über Terry Taylor .....
Terry begann seine musikalische Karriere Mitte der 60er Jahre und in den späten 60ern hat er sich der Band The End angeschlossen, die in dieser Zeit von Bill Wyman produziert wurde. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Bill setzte sich fort, als man später Tucky Buzzard formierte und hier 5 Alben veröffentlichte, bevor man sich 1973 auflöste.
Er arbeitete mit Bill Wyman auf dessen Solo-Album 'Stone Alone' und beide spielten auf einem "Live"- Album und ein Video mit Muddy Waters , Buddy Guy und Junior Wells beim Montreux Blues Festival.
In den 1980er Jahren unterzeichnete er als Songwriter bei Bill Wymans Unternehmen Ripple Music und arbeitete mit ihm auf seinem Album "Bill Wyman ' (dieses beinhaltet den Hit „Je Suis Un Rock Star"). Außerdem war er für Filmmusiken, unter anderem "Green Ice "(mit Ryan O'Neal & Omar Sharif ) zuständig.
Mitte der 1990er Jahre wurde er ein Bestandteil bei den Recordings und Tourneen mit The Rhythm Kings, spielte neben zahlreichen namhaften Stargästen, wie Eddie Floyd, Gary US Bonds , Mary Wilson, Dennis Locorriere, Gary Brooker, Peter Frampton, Georgie Fame und Albert Lee. (Maria Muldaur ist aktuell der Gastmusiker auf der Bill Wyman & The Rhythm Kings Herbst-Tour 2013).
Außerdem hat Terry als Back-Ground Musiker auch mit Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Peter Green, Scotty Moore, Robin Gibb, Lulu, Mel C, Donovan und Paul Carrack zusammengearbeitet.
Hier kommt nun das Debut- Solo-Album von einem beeindruckenden Gitarristen und Sänger, der eine Fülle an Erfahrung auf der Bühne und im Studio mitbringt.
Terry Taylor ist ein wichtiges Mitglied von Bill Wyman‘s Rhythm Kings, die ja als sehr unterhaltsame, beliebte und großartige Tour-Band gelten.
„Taylor Made“ ist nun das seit langem geplante Soloalbum, inspiriert von großartigen Songs, die Terry im Laufe der Jahre beeinflusst haben - darunter auch solche, die von Bob Dylan, Randy Newman und Muddy Waters geschrieben wurden, sowie ein paar eigene Kompositionen (inklusive 'Fast Train', mitgeschrieben von Bill Wyman ).
Auf diesem unterstützen eine Reihe von herausragenden Gastmusiker, darunter Bill Wyman, Graham Broad, Geraint Watkins, Nick Payn, Dave Bronze, Beverley Skeete & Martin Taylor.

About Terry Taylor.....
Terry began his musical career in the mid 1960s, eventually joining The End in late 1960s, a band that was produced at the time by Rolling Stone Bill Wyman. The association with Bill continued as the band later reformed as Tucky Buzzard, releasing 5 albums before their demise in 1973.
He worked with Bill Wyman on the solo album ‘Stone Alone’, and both played on a ‘live’ album and video with Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy and Junior Well's at the Montreux Blues festival.
In the 1980s, he signed to Bill Wyman’s company Ripple Music as a writer, working with him on his album 'Bill Wyman'(which featured the hit 'Je Suis Un Rock Star'). He also worked on film music, notably 'Green Ice' , starring Ryan O'Neal & Omar Sharif).
In the mid 1990s he started recording and touring with The Rhythm Kings, performing alongside numerous featured star guests, including Eddie Floyd, Gary US Bonds, Mary Wilson, Dennis Locorriere, Gary Brooker, Peter Frampton, Georgie Fame and Albert Lee. (Maria Muldaur is now the special guest on the Autumn 2013 tour).
As a backing musician Terry has also worked with Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Peter Green, Scotty Moore, Robin Gibb, Lulu, Mel C, Donovan and Paul Carrack.
