»Candyman«, Steve Lukathers zweites Soloalbum, wurde in Japan und den USA als Los Lobotomys-Album veröffentlicht. Es ist eine Zusammenarbeit von Musikern, die hauptsächlich auch in Lukathers Bands Los Lobotomys und Toto waren. Den größten Teil des Albums schrieb er mit The Tubes-Frontmann Fee Waybill und / oder Keyboarder David Garfield. Ein Song ist ein Jimi Hendrix-Cover namens »Freedom« und wird von Paul Rodgers, dem Frontmann von The Free and Bad Company, gesungen. Der dritte Track »Extinction Blues« ist der purer Toto-Sound und »Party In Simon's Pants« ist ein Monster-Drum- und Gitarrenfest, reine Fusion. Der letzte Song des Albums ist eine Hommage an Jeff Beck, einfach »Song For Jeff« genannt, mit einer Länge von über sieben Minuten.
