"Melt Yourself Down", das Debüt der britischen Gruppe, ist ein tribalistischer Schmelztiegel aus Bläsern, Trommeln und abgedrehten Gesängen. Die Singles "We Are Enough", "Fix My Life" und "Release!" (die drei Songs finden sich auch auf diesem Album) mischen seit Ende 2012 die Radio-Playlists und Tanzböden in England auf.
Die Gruppe um Mastermind Pete Wareham (Acoustic Ladyland, Polar Bear) besteht aus einem Haufen brillanter Musiker wie Kushal Gaya (Zun Zun Egui), Shabaka Hutchings (Sons Of Kemet, Heliocentrics), Tom Skinner (Hello Skinny, Mulatu Astatke), Ruth Goller (Acoustic Ladyland, Rokia Traoré) und Satin Singh (Transglobal Underground). Gemischt wurde das Album von Leafcutter John.
