Das nun vorliegende Album ist in sieben Studiosessions, u. a. in London, Memphis, Hamburg, Los Angeles und München, mit einer Riege von 30 Stars und renommierten internationalen Sessionmusikern entstanden. Mit dabei waren: Paul McCartney - Ringo Starr - Yusuf Islam aka Cat Stevens - Dr. John - Joe Walsh (The Eagles) u. v.a.
Erhältlich ist dieses einzigartige Produkt als eine Super Deluxe Box. Diese enthält gegenüber der Standard CD und Vinyl 3 Bonus Songs, eine DVD mit der Dokumentation "MAKING OF A SIDEMAN'S JOURNEY" (Laufzeit 70 Minuten)--ein kraftvolles und lebendiges Werk, das die Entstehung des Albums dokumentiert. Darüberhinaus enthält das einzeln nummerierte Boxset einen von Voormann handsignierten Kunstdruck sowie ein gebundenes Hardcover-Buch mit 68 Seiten. Teilerlöse gehen an das Charityprojekt "Water Is Life - Lakota Environment & Health Project".
