After 2 great records and a 7" as the Lost Patrol Band the band decided two years ago to change both language and direction. Choosing the name Invasionen and going for a sound more grounded in swedish music tradition. With influences from the late 70's Swedish punk scene mixed with early new wave sounds and good old fashioned rock 'n roll they've created a sound that is both old school, familiar and new. "Hela V_rlden Brinner" was recorded in Dennis house out on the countryside outside of Ume_ in true DIY fashion. The same studio where Ac4, Regulations and Mattias Alkberg recorded their latest records. Mixed by M_ns Lundberg (Tristess, Regulations and Deportees).After releasing records and playing in bands for the last 18 years this is the first time Dennis is singing in his native tongue, giving the lyrics a depth and meaning beyond the ordinary. Hela V_rlden Brinner is 13 songs about growing up and dealing with the rules that both we ourselves and the world around us has set. Both more political and personal before the lyrics have a nerve that is most unique. Limited edition of Invasionens first record. Swedens new Punk all star band.
