Electric Soup is the debut album from Ireland's number one blues rock band. This album has all the hallmarks of the Electrifying energy of early crow black chicken. Its is an eclectic mix of hard rock and blues. Sometimes compared to early ZZ Top this records combines elements of classic rock and blues from the likes of Jimmy Hendrix and Led Zeppelin to create something that is all Crow Black Chicken.

This is no more evident than on the closing track John The Revelator where CBC crash onto the world blues rock stage with their own take on this blues classic. It's a unique sound from a unique band. Often drawing comparisons to fellow country man Rory Gallagher, Crow Black Chicken attempt to blaze a trail of Irish Blues Rock all of their own. The unique sound track is perfectly framed in a unique Salvador Dali-esque cover painted by none other than the band's front man, singer and Guitarist Christy O'Hanlon. This is blues rock forged in the mountains of Ireland's Deep South.
