Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gute Rock n Roll-Scheibe. Vom Klang her sehr gut. Habe diese Scheibe auch Analog, aber die CD donnert doch noch besser - vor allem "Black blade" und "The Marshal plan"

Nach ihrem recht poppigen Ausflug mit "Mirrors"

kamen sie mit ihrer siebten Platte von anno 1980 wieder zurück zu
Rock, Hard-Rock gepaart mit Psychedelic und es ist ihnen
wieder ein toller Output gelungen.

"Black Blade"(6:33)startet hard-rockend beschwingt mit Vocal-Echo
und unvorhersehbaren Prog-Breaks und Psychedelic-Mittelteil.
Tolles Arrangement und gute Dramaturgie, schönes Stück

"Monsters"(5:11)rockt ebenfalls hard und wird von einer Jazzeinlage
mit Saxophon gebreakt um über einen Psychedelicpart wieder zum
Hard-Rock zu werden.

Als cooler Blues-Rock kommt "Divine Wind"(5:07)in eigener
Prog-Psychedelic-Atmosphäre rüber. Man kann einen Vergleich
finden zu "Black Velvet" von Allanah Miles.

"Deadline"(4:27)rockt cool im Mid-Tempo mit schöner
Akustik-Gitarre/Synthie-Atmosphäre, ein perfekter
Radio-Song.

Ein klasse Stadion-Rock wird mit "The Marshall Plan"(5:23)gegeben.
Die eingespielte Live-Atmosphäre lässt erahnen, wie es abgehen müsste.

"Hungry Boys"(3:38)rockt einfach nur nach vorne, nicht mehr-nicht weniger.

Ebenso rockt "Fallen Angel"(3:11)durch diverse Breaks garniert.

"Lips in the Hills"(4:25)rockt hard-stompy mit Vocal-und Gitarreneffekten.

"Unknown Tongue"(3:55)beendet die Platte im Mid-Tempo-Rock mit
Piano-Stakkato und Synthie-Atmosphäre.
