Nach mittlerweile vier Studioalben präsentiert die Jazzsängerin, Pianistin und Gitarristin Melody Gardot 2018 endlich ihr erstes Konzertalbum: »Live In Europe«.
Es handelt sich dabei um eine umfangreiche Zusammenstellung von Mitschnitten von Konzerten zwischen 2012 und 2016, zum Beispiel aus Wien, Lissabon, Barcelona, Amsterdam und Frankfurt.
Insgesamt 17 Songs warten auf »Live In Europe«, wahlweise auf zwei CDs oder drei LPs. Mit dabei sind Klassiker und Hits wie »March For Mingus«, »Les Etoiles«, »My One And Only Thrill« und »Baby I’m A Fool«.
Begleitet wird Melody Gardot bei ihren Konzerten von ihrer Band, bestehend aus Charles Staab (Schlagzeug), Irwin Hall (Saxofon) und Sami Minaie (Bass).
