Das Album wurde von der mehrfachen Grammy-Preisträgerin Terri Lyne Carrington produziert und enthält eine hochkarätige Besetzung mit speziell kuratierten Gästen: Dianne Reeves, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Patrice Rushen, Sonia Sanchez, Angela Davis und Wayne Shorter. Die Band besteht aus Trompeter Josh Evans, Victor Gould an den Tasten, Orange Rodriguez an den Synthesizern, Schlagzeuger Enoch (EJ) Strickland, Perkussionist Nêgah Santos und Bassist Ivan Taylor. Der Trompeter Wallace Roney Jr., die Rhodes-Organistin Anastassiya Petrova und der Bassist Jahmal Nichols wirken bei jeweils einem Stück mit.
