Anton Stadler (1753–1812) war nicht nur der bekannteste Klarinettist Wiens und Vorreiter auf diesem Instrument, er war auch ein enger Freund Wolfgang Amadeus Mozarts, der für ihn seine Klarinettenkonzerte schrieb. Auch die Bläserserenade Nr. 10 in B-Dur KV 361 (»Gran Partita«) entstand 1781 für ein Konzert Stadlers in Wien. Das LSO Wind Ensemble präsentiert die Komposition mit unbändiger Spielfreude und beeindruckender Klangqualität auf SACD-hybrid.
