Mit Werken von Couperin, Fedeli, Rameau, Keiser, Torri bis hin zu Händels »Sweet Bird« und Vivaldis berühmten Concerto »Il Gardellino« (Der Distelfink) gibt Mields gemeinsam mit Temmingh und dessen Ensemble The Gentleman's Band und Musikern des La Folia Barockorchesters prachtvollen und virtuosen musikalischen Vogelgesang von Nachtigall, Distelfink, Kuckuck, Hühnern, Tauben und diversen weiteren Vögeln wider.
