Sehr schöne, abwechslungsreiche Musik aus Schottland

Hier gibt es reine Instrumentalstücke und solche mit Gesang.
Abwechslungsreiche Instrumentierung lässt das Ganze nicht langweilig werden. Der typische immer mit Schottland assozierte Dudelsack kommt gar nicht so oft vor. Öfter die Geige , und die verschiedenen Flöten sind auch herrlich und oft wirklich virtuos und "zackig" gespielt ! Das Spektrum reicht von fröhlichen bis zu traurigen/melancholischen Stücken. Die Texte der Lieder sind alle abgedruckt und die schottischen "Vokabeln" sind alle auf 2 Seiten extra ins "normale" Englisch übersetzt. Zu jedem Lied gibt es intersessante Informationen zur Entstehung. Sehr guter Gesang mit der schottischen "Aussprache" Die Texte der melancholischen Lieder verbunden mit diesen ebenfalls melancholischen Melodien , das drückt manchmal richtig auf die Tränendrüse. Ich finde es jedenfalls sehr bewegend.
