Mit großer Einfühlungsgabe und ohne den ge- ringsten Anflug von Künstlichkeit nehmen sich die jungen Sänger dieser Aufgaben an, homogen im Chorverband, aber auch solistisch, und es überrascht einmal mehr, wie Britten in diesen sicherlich traditionsnezogenen Werken jeweils seinen eigenen Stil mit einbringt und gleichzeitig mit der Orgel-Begleitung innovativ-experimentelle Wir- kungen erzielt. Der ausgeglichene, homogene Klang be- tont die geistlich-sakrale Atmosphäre."
