Tui T. Sutherland gehört zum berühmten Autorenteam von Erin Hunter, und schreibt auch gemeinsam mit ihrer Schwester Kari Sutherland. Aufgewachsen in Südamerika, ist Tui in ihrer Kindheit schon an viele exotische Orte gereist. Sie liebt Tiere über alles, besonders Drachen, Greifen und Hunde. Heute lebt sie mit ihrer Familie in Massachusetts.
