Biografie
Petina Gappah wurde 1971 im damaligen Rhodesien (heute Simbabwe) geboren und gilt heute als eine der international erfolgreichsten und wichtigsten Autorinnen ihres Landes. Für ihr Debüt Im Herzen des Goldenen Dreiecks wurde sie mit dem Guardian First Book Award ausgezeichnet. Auf Deutsch liegt außerdem ihr Roman Die Farben des Nachtfalters (Arche, 2016) vor, sowie Die Schuldigen von Rotten Row, Stories (Arche, 2017).
