Biografie (Michael Cunningham)
Michael Cunningham wurde 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio, geboren und wuchs in Pasadena, Kalifornien, auf. Er lebt in New York City. Für 'Die Stunden' erhielt Michael Cunningham u.a. den PEN/Faulkner Award und den Pulitzerpreis, der Roman wurde bisher in elf Sprachen übersetzt.Biografie (Yuko Shimizu)
Yuko Shimizu wurde in der japanischen Provinz Chiba geboren. Sie studierte an der Kunstuniversität Musashino und entwarf den Charakter von Hello Kitty , der 1974 bei Sanrio veröffentlicht wurde. Nachdem sie Sanrio verlassen hatte, arbeitete sie als freischaffende Illustratorin. Im Jahr 2002 entwarf sie ihren neuen Katzencharakter Angel Cat Sugar.
