Biography
Kij Johnson war Bedienung in einem Nachtklub, Radiosprecherin und Buchhändlerin. Sie gibt Schreibkurse in Science Fiction und Fantasy und verfaßte einen Star Trek Roman. Für ihre Erzählung »Fox Magic« erhielt sie den renommierten Theodore Sturgeon Award. Mit dem Roman »The Fox Woman« gelang ihr der internationale Durchbruch. Kij Johnson lebt in Indiana.
