The Bauhaus movement, founded in Weimar in 1919, influenced the development of modern architecture far beyond the borders of Germany. For almost a decade, photographer Jean Molitor has travelled around the globe to document its influence - be it in Berlin or Casablanca, Stuttgart or Havana, St. Petersburg or Guatemala City, Vienna or Bukavu in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Biography (Kaija Voss)
Kaija Voss, geboren 1965 in Berlin, Architekturstudium, 1998 Promotion. Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der BTU Cottbus und der TU Dresden, Veröffentlichungen zu Themen der Bau- und Kunstgeschichte, lebt und arbeitet als Bauhistorikerin und freie Autorin in München.Notes:
