Biografie (Fernando Aramburu)
Fernando Aramburu wurde 1959 in San Sebastián im Baskenland geboren. Seit Mitte der achtziger Jahre lebt er in Hannover. Für seine Romane wurde er mit zahlreichen Preisen ausgezeichnet, u. a. dem Premio Vargas Llosa, dem Premio Biblioteca Breve, dem Premio Euskadi und zuletzt, für «Patria», mit dem Premio Nacional de la Crítica, dem Premio Nacional de Narrativa und dem Premio Strega Europeo. «Patria» wurde als Serie für HBO verfilmt.
