Biografie (Anne-Katrin Weber)

Anne-Katrin Weber weiß vertiefte nach ihrer Ausbildung zur Köchin ihre Praxis zunächst in der Sterne-Gastronomie, bevor sie Ernährungswissenschaft studierte. Anschließend arbeitete sie in der Food-Redaktion der Zeitschrift Brigitte. Heute ist Anne-Katrin Weber Autorin zahlreicher Koch- und Backbücher und arbeitet als Foodstylistin für namhafte Redaktionen im In- und Ausland.
