Two-Piers präsentiert seine neueste, umwerfende Compilation: Richard Norris Presents Weird Scenes from the Hangout (Psychedelic and Freakbeat Dancefloor Anthems 1967-1982).
Dieses von Richard Norris zusammengestellte Album konzentriert sich auf Richards Liverpooler Clubnacht »The Hangout« in den 1980er Jahren. Das Hangout entstand im Herbst 1984. Der Veranstaltungsort war perfekt.
Auf eine große Leinwand, die die Bühne bedeckte, wurden Ausschnitte aus psychedelischen Op-Art-Filmen projiziert, die auf VHS-Kassetten kopiert worden waren. Das Hangout war schlagartig verschwunden, aber sein Erbe, psychedelische Tanzmusik auf die Tanzfläche zu bringen, lebt weiter.
