Die Nettelles sind eine Garagen-Rockband aus Edinburgh, Schottland, die 2015 von Clare Campbell (Sally Skull) an Gitarre & Gesang, Saskia Holling (Sally Skull, Lord Rochester) am Bass & Gesang, Caitriona Donaldson an der Orgel und Angus McPake (The Thanes, Les Bof!, The Sensation Seekers) am Schlagzeug gegründet wurde. In den neunziger Jahren spielten Campbell und Holling zusammen in Sally Skull, einer Band, die stilistisch von der Medway-Garagenszene und in ihrer Haltung von der Riot-Grrrl-Szene beeinflusst war.
Die Nettelles klingen wie eine direkte Fortsetzung dieser Einflüsse, und nach einer soliden Debütsingle im Jahr 2018 sind sie bereit, ihre erstes Album zu veröffentlichen.
"Do You Believe In..." wurde von Russ Wilkins produziert (The Pop Nivets, The Milkshakes, The Wildebeests, Lord Rochester). Das Cover wurde von Bruce Brand entworfen (The Pop Nivets, The Milkshakes, Thee Headcoats etc.) und die Liner Notes wurden von Lenny Helsing (The Thanes) geschrieben.
