Die Band Black Foxxes veröffentlicht ihr neues Album Reiði über Spinefarm Records / Universal. Es ist das zweite Studioalbum der Indierock-Band aus Exeter im Südwesten Englands. Die Single Sæla kam bei BBC Radio One bereits auf die Tagesliste und entwickelt sich zum veritablen Hit.
War das 2016er Debütalbum I'm Not Well eine gefühlsgeladene Tour-de-Force durch sämtliche Emotionen, folgt das kommende Werk »Reiði« des UK-Trios einem aufbrüchigen, positiveren Geist. Die primäre Inspirationsquelle für das Album bot Sänger Mark Holley ein längerer Island-Aufenthalt. Reiði ist ohne Zweifel ein weiterer Schritt in der Entwicklung der Band, was sowohl Songwriting als auch den Einsatz breiterer Instrumentierungen angeht. Holleys Talent, Songs zu kreieren, die in Erinnerung bleiben, ist hier offensichtlicher denn je.
